Initially, there was an issue with not having a key in the box and attempting to do an early AM mobile pick up. Was sent to another location to pick up a truck that had no brake lights after we had put $30 worth of gas in it then returning it and returning back to Yarborough that was open by then. She was very apologetic and we had no other issues.
Lori REven though there was an issue with the brakes on the trailer, U-haul took care of the problem and made sure I was taken care of. I’d recommend this location as Kerri was extremely kind and great to work with. I will use again if needed!
