The truck was great, and we understand times are changing, but when we went to pick up the truck… no such thing as Customer support, we were told to download the app, get a code, put that code in the box and we could access the key to the truck that’s parked on the side of the road. Just say the least, the app was not working, Customer Service was challenged to help us, our pick up time was 2:00 PM and we were not able to access the key to the vehicle until 4 o’clock. Causing us to start our journey the following day. It was literally an hour and 40 minutes into the delay that we finally told Customer Service to cancel the truck and we’ll go somewhere else. At that point, the person gave us a code and we were able to access the truck. I don’t mind saying I’m pretty disappointed that it took us threatening to cancel for somebody to finally help us two hours too late.

Picking up the Uhaul without human interaction was a disappointment. I did not know that I wouldn't be picking up the uhaul at a business with people to help check me out. The app was a frustrating step I wasn't aware I would have to participate in.
