Jesus LThe truck struggled to start every time, there were two spots on the roof that were leaking onto my box’s and soaked multiple boxes during a rain storm. Both spots located at the shelf of the U-Haul box.

Nathan CDon't change drop off locations without discussing and getting approval from customers. Customers make reservations online and set everything up according to what fits their needs and locations so there should not be a need for the pickup location to change the drop off location.

They are very efficient in return calls, reservations, processing the paperwork at pickup and drop off along with inquiring if the rental truck operated well. Their professionalism and kindness is appreciated. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done. I've rented from this location 4 times and it is my go-to place for my truck rental needs every time.

Joshua AYelm location was perfect for me to drop off trailer and get my storage. They were able to save me time and money by enabling me to drop off trailer with them and I did NOT have to deliver unit to Olympia U-Haul. So they could keep their #'s up. Huh Lousy service..

MALLI SFind new employees. The fact they speak to customers in such a heinous way is astonishing. To look at a customer and say "Jesus fucking christ get out of the vehicle and let me do it" is asinine. A customers personal vehicle, all because a customer couldn't back a trailer in the first time around. Will never ever use this location or recommend it to anyone.

Jeff SIt's absurd that we were charged such a high rate on a trailer that was From TN in the first place and the tail lights wouldn't work even after stopping at U-haul for repair ! Plus we were told we'd receive at least a Military or Senior Discount which I see no record of.
