drove in location with 10 foot truck, had no idea where to go what to do anything. there was a guy outside, looking a U-haul. he walked up to my vehicle and he asked what i was doing, i said im dropping this truck off at this location i had to DAY THAT 4 TIMES to him :( finally some other guy walked up looked at my truck was very friendly or helpful at all that’s where he said i went 6 miles over my limit and it would be 6.52 i said im sorry what? and i said i heard you im just wondering its giving me a limit. he said he would write it off as cash. oh my goodness my sister took care of the rest
