I was charged for an extra day which is incorrect. Picked up the truck on 5/4/2026 for 4 days and was given 2 free extra days on contract. Delivered it on Sunday, 5/10/2026. The receiving agency was closed on Sunday. So we went back on Monday and was charged for the extra day. After this we noticed the phone number for contacting KZM Motors was different than their business number. It wasn't very clear but it was still charged. Truck was spot on, absolutely no issues with the agencies or the equipment.

The checkout process was very easy and straightforward. The truck was easily located on the lot. It was clean, ran smoothly and was exactly as advertised. I did an after hours check in, but that process was really easy as well. I would highly recommend them for other customers.
