This location is closed on weekends which is when we dropped the truck off. There are almost no instructions on closed facilities other than to leave and go to another open location. Tried calling the number and the recording indicated that the wait time would be over 1 hour. Found a lock box and dropped the key off. Called U-Haul from home and was able to leave a call back number. All of this is taking time when you’re simply trying to drop off the rental. Final statement did come in a timely manner on Monday morning, it is was for a $0 dollar balance. I had asked for a final statement with the rental amount on it. Had to pull an older email receipt and assume that we will be charged that amount. Bottom line is having better instructions for drop off after hours or at a closed facility. And no 1 hour wait times for information.
