All I can say about this specific U-Haul facility is that they are top notch! Dave, Cassie, and Rosalyn went over and beyond for me during my “move excitement”. They worked with me and issues or complications I ran into while using a specific moving helpers vendor. They were patient and very kind. Thanks Rosalyn for reminding me to just breathe. I will be referring people to this specific location for any move rentals. Thanks again for the superior service.

UTUMOEAAU TI accidentally left my wallet in the truck after drop off. When I called them, the associate i was taking to kept me on the phone and went out and got it for me and held it until I got there. I was absolutely estatic. Thank you so much!! 10 stars!!!!

One said at booking one total, then the next agent at pick told us a different total so much per mile, and when I asked for a receipt from the drop off location WAS a different amount per mile total. Even though we explained of what we were doing. Not very informative group, all on different pages.

KENNY VI would like a call back regarding the recent rental 15' uhaul truck, I moved from co spgs co to South East TX. The steering on the truck was loose about 1.5" of play in the steering wheel, making it extremely hard to drive after every groove or bump in the road I had to over compensate the steering causing the truck to vear left and right, and in doing this for 1100 miles, was extremely time consuming as I could not, reach average driving speeds resulting in a 23 hours drive.when norm would have been min. 16 hours,. My hands are extremely calised and swollen from having the grip the steering wheel so tightly. I will seek to take this to a corporate level if some sort of resolution isn't reached quickly, this is an extreme safety concern. As for the rates we pay to rent these trucks you would think they would be more aerodynamic and more roomy. I have used uhaul many times in the past, and am looking to move again. JAN JStaff was very understanding with our scattered time schedule. They helped us get our car off the hitch with the dead battery, which was great. Also let us borrow furniture moving supplies for a couple of hours.

Caitlyn CAC didn't work. Drove from CO to OK without it. Gas wasn't even filled when I picked it up. Had to get roadside assistance in OK for the AC and it didn't even work properly in the end. And the pressure switch just never worked.
Connor BOnly thing was the check out person called later to inform us that we left our lock on the truck and seemed upset. The lock we had came with the truck and when we checked in, the person over the phone gave us the code to log in. So, when we checked out, I tried to explain this to the person that checked us out but they seemed impatient and upset about it. I apologized but they didn't seem interested in hearing it.
Jacob MIt is probably not the fault of the location as much as the system. This site ended up being 25 miles from my house. Moreover, I had requested 11:00 AM pickup. The day before, I received this location for my pickup and it indicated opens at 8:00. Turns out, this was an appointment time but the email was not clear that this was the case. I received a call that asked if I was still coming to pick the trailer up. I rushed down to pick it up but another couple was there having to wait for their appointment. Make it clear that the time is an appointment time despite the online request to pick up when requested. Give heads up that the nearest site could be 25 miles away.
Brian PMake sure you let the pros connect any trailer you rent. It's worth it. The guy who hooked up our trailer and discovered a bald tire and changed it before we pulled out. Thanks. The car hauler towed great.

Rick KArrived to pick up truck and there was no key Had to wait 1 hour until manager arrived and she told us “ok sorry” that was it. I was waiting an hour and then was an hour behind schedule. Then after returning the truck it charged my account 3 times. The manager said she couldn’t do anything about it but that if it doesn’t go away to call customer service…. I would not ever use this service again and would not recommend to anyone.

Alicia JI am very disappointed with my experience. I had rented from the location off Tejon. Josh at that location was amazing. However, when I went to pickup they did not have a truck. I then had to go to the El Paso location. The price went up by around $250, the vehicle had bugs all over the windshield, and during the damage inspection I was told to use the link to dispute the damage that I noted was not marked. The link would not load my photos and the representative told me to deal with it on the drop off.
JOE CLocation was difficult to drive 26’ driving U-Haul and auto transport due to gate not being fully opened. Parking area was dysfunctional and unorganized causing challenges between our return and a concurrent return.

Robert PThey could have done a better job at going over my total cost. I had to pay extra at drop off for mileage, in part because they had not explained things to me; and because they had not taken into account that they changed the pick up location the day before and didn't correct for the additional mileage. Also, they should have cleaned the windshield, which had bugs. They were very friendly, and the truck did drive well.
Richard DI don’t understand why the auto transport location was Co Springs, when there were 2 on the lot in Pueblo West. I understand there are shortages in Pueblo. Why not first come first serve, then reach out? Why hoard for day use?
ROBERT WBetter communications. I had specifically stated that I would return the truck to the same location when I rented it, and was not told that I needed to call for a return location. Upon return, I was told about alternate points of return, and the starting location was initially unwilling to accept the truck. It was in the contract that I could view using a url from an email, but the pressure and effort of the move made extensive internet activity unlikely. It was all rectified, and completed successfully, but clearer communications would have made it less stressful.
