Originally had different pick up location near me in eastern part of city. Arrived at location and they did not have my reservation. Researched and found that the pick up location was changed to downtown. I was never notified prior to my pick up time. Lady at downtown location nice and helpful. Truck inside clean but outside dirty.

The self checking app part of the app did not work I called customer service and no matter what he tried or had me try it still wouldn’t work. Thankfully he was able to check it in and notify the company that it was checked in there by me. Technology is great when it works but when it doesn’t it can get frustrating. So thankful for the 24 hour support of Uhaul.
