Faybiana NI wanted to get boxes and packing paper but this location does not have them. I highly encourage and recommend that they carry these moving stales. Even knowing I had get my boxes elsewhere, Cassie took great care of my needs in arranging my rental and Yvette took equal care after I cancelled with the corporate selection. The customer service at Your Courier Service is exceptional; my treatment there highly motivated me to rent from Your Courier Service instead of the one the corporate wanted me to use. I found the corporate selection quite lacking in customer service. Your Customer Service operating hours are better than the hours at the corporate selection and that was another reason to rent from them over the other.
