How U-Haul Reviews WorkMobile check-in was extremely difficult due to poor cell reception in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but I do not recommend mobile check in.
Nicole AA+ location. Trucks are clean, customer service is exceptional (knowledgeable, helpful and friendly).
Gary GCourteous and professional staff. No concerns.
John CThe young lady working the counter was pleasant, but my pick up location was changed from a few blocks away, to the other side of town. I called to ask why, was spoken to on the phone VERY rudely, completely lacking the insight that I, the customer, had an issue. She then said something I found incomprehensible. "Youre lucky you even GOT a truck!" Now I do not consider recieving the product I paid $1000 for to be "luck".
