I was charged a fuel surcharge fee despite filling it up to full when I returned it at the gas station just in front of this location. I have rented from U-Haul many times and have never had this issue and will not rent from this location again. Unfortunately for me, they are the closest to my home.JOSEPH P.

A friend recommended using a new service for renting a cargo delivery van called â€œfetch truckâ€. Their process was so complicated and frustrating it to mention more costly. I gave up on that and came back to U-haul. The whole rental process was a breeze and what I would expect. I love this location because they are friendly, quick and have great customer service . When I picked up the truck, I was told I was being given fifty extra miles. I got bad directions, went the wrong way for miles, then realized I blew the fifty extra miles the first day. I cried, it was so upsetting. It was like a bad thought, it got fixed, thank you. It was sort of like being punished before you do something wrong.SARAH W.
The location and the people at the location were great. I am disgusted with the registration process. I made my reservation days before my rental, and a few hours before I picked it up both the location and the equipment I reserved was changed. If the equipment was not available at the location I selected in the first place the reservation system should have reflected it. If not I should have been notified very quickly so I could evaluate my other options. I reserved a a 26 foot truck, and when I went to the new location to pick it up the reservation said I had reserved a 20 foot truck. The change was made without asking me or even notifying me. I had to drive further (which cost me more money) to the new location, and I did not get the equipment I needed. This also meant I had to take an extra trip while moving (which also cost me more money). I think this was planned. I was forced to take what equipment was available because I was not left with enough time to make a reservation with another provider. All told this deception cost me over $100 and added at least 8 hours to my move. Uhaul will be my last resort moving forward, and I will make sure to share my experience with anyone I come across who needs equipment rental going forward.DAVE B.

I was charged for a gallon of gas when I filled it up prior and the truck was filthy when I arrived and had to wait for it to get cleaned to leave making me 25 minutes late. Definitely could be better. They also bashed Uhaul as a corporation the entire time I was there.FIELDING C.

Not specific to this location, but driver's door on 9/10 ft trucks are hard to close. I often have to shut (slam) the door multiple times because I get a warning message saying drivers door is open.MITRINA M.

Tires were bald, steering was not responsive/NEEDS alignment, breaks were too soft. THIS TRUCK WAS A 15 FOOT AND SHOULD NOT BE RENTED OUT. IT'S DANGEROUS TO DRIVE!Marianna D.

Given just a yes/no answer on the equipment is not really appropriate. The truck has 151k miles. There were a number of relatively small things in the truck that didn't work well. The ABS light was on much of the time. The passenger side sun screen wouldn't stay up which effected the ability of the driver to see to the right side.James B.

Already recommended this option to a neighbor in lieu of renting a home depot truck. One additional comment though... I only drove the truck 14 miles but it took 3.0 gallons to return the gas gauge to the same 1/2 tank level. This particular gas gauge was not very accurate!THOMAS M.
