Truck had food wrapper on passenger door. I used vehicle to dispose of remodel debris from my house. Wiped it down as best as I could prior to returning it. When I returned it, the Karen working came out to inspect the unit and gave me attitude when she saw that it was dusty from construction debris. I offered to clean if she had a blower, and she sad that it was not necessary, and that they charge to be clean but that she would not be charging me. I once again offered to clean it if she had a blower and she told me not to worry about it. I got my final statement just to see a $25 cleaning fee on it. It’s annoying and frustrating that it’s not what was communicated.

EDDIE FThis location did an excellent job! UHaul's website made a huge error, at no fault of Your Extra Attic, which took over an hour to correct and cost me extra money on my rental. UHaul messed up my order and tried to change the amount I owed for my rental. Very frustrating, but again this was UHaul's fault, not the pick up location!
