would like to report a very unpleasant experience with one of your staff members when I rented a 26-foot U-Haul truck yesterday. The staff member was extremely rude, spoke to us by shouting, and repeatedly told us that he did not have time to answer our questions. We were simply trying to understand the drop-off options and charges. When I asked about dropping the truck at another location, he became even more aggressive and refused to give us the truck, even after I explained that I would return it to the same location if needed. His behavior made us feel very uncomfortable and even scared. I have rented U-Haul trucks many times, but I have never experienced this kind of customer service. I respectfully request that U-Haul look into this incident and take appropriate action. This type of behavior can seriously damage U-Haul’s reputation and customer trust. Thank you for taking my complaint seriously. Location: 4730 Lower Roswell Rd. Marietta GA 30068
