Unfortunately, the 15 ft. truck was no clean. In the cab, there were 2 empty water bottles and pieces of wrappers. In the storage part, there were 2 bungee cords which I used and it had not ben swept but was not very dirty. The office person was polite and helpful. This location is near my home and usually the Uhaul is well stocked with availableUHauls.
ROBERT LOffice closes at 5pm. I arrived at 4:50pm. A couple was there before me on the phone with U-Haul. They were asking why office was closed and they were not able to pickup their van.
John FOur location was changed which was a huge inconvenience. It was also changed to self check out. This was not an easy process, and it took us about 15-20 minutes to do when we were already behind schedule due to the pick up location change. In addition, the requested equipment we needed for the move was not in the truck. We had to adjust our moving plan without the need dolly and blankets.

Warren LExceptional service, agreed to meet me 15 minutes earlier than when the store actually opened. The process of getting the vehicle was very fast and the gentleman assisting me answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with the process of renting a truck. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I couldn't get the app to receive the photos I took of the truck. The gentleman explained that I needed to give the app permissions to use the camera in settings. If you can't get the app to receive photos, take photos of all sides of the truck with your camera. Also make sure to take a photo of the dashboard before you take the truck to show mileage and gas.

DAVID IThere is a dead zone at this place for connectivity. I had to connect at the Tim Hortons 100m away and keep going back and forth between Tims and the truck in order to complete return process.

CHRISTOPHER SAsking the customer to get the same level of Gas doesn't make sense as the customer doesn't know how much Gas it'll take to drive the moving distance. The information like average of the vehicle in terms of kilometers per litre is necessary. For example, for 19 km, a charge of 6 litres has been added as $10+ and $1.43 per mile and $0.89 per kilometer has been charged in addition to rent of $19.95. Only $0.89 per kilometer has been informed though in addition to rent of the vehicle. Though it was a good well maintained vehicle, and there was no problem driving it. Thanks for keeping the vehicle in good condition.

MICHEL OThoroughly check the vehicle for and remove old papers. I found the contract from the previous renter with their contact information, which I discarded. I also discovered a pair of glasses in the glove compartment which I handed in at the office.

Mathew HThe employee did not greet me when I entered the premises. He was not very helpful and when I asked questions, I could tell he was annoyed. And I had to ask repeatedly as he mumbled. When returning the van, he said "you can go" and never explained the bill. He just wanted to go back to his phone. He should not be employed with your company.
