Gave me a truck without a previous reservation which is always nice.
Roy RReservation was 10:00am. It was pouring rain, app sign was so difficult, the store employee came 10:15, by that time few people waiting outside were soaked with rain water. The employee logged in his computer, he couldn't complete forms his end to release the vehicle. He couldn't make payment transaction complete, ask manually enter my visa card, that I didn't feel comfortable at all. After all some how I complete all formalities on app and got the key for vehicle. Pathetic experience. Never uhaul rental again.
