First off during my online booking for my rental U-haul sent me to a location that does not rent trailers ( which was my request) , the new location was very very far from there an incredibly inconvenient !!! When I finally arrived at that location it did not open until 10 am ….. to make it worse the people who ran this location did not arrive until 10:20 am…… very poor service !!!!!

There were no moving blankets in the truck, our pickup was mobile and before the building opened so there was no way to resolve this issue in real time. The app was not uploading the photos that I was taking of the vehicle. I had to complete that step several times before finally being able to complete the step to complete the truck pick-up process.

ONEIL DThanks to your Customer Service 1-800 number, I was able to rent a van for 2 days over a weekend at the end of the month when I could not find a van at any other location. This location at O Connor drive was convenient. The Customer Service number should be used by the rental outlets to refer customers when a location is fully rented out.
