Sharon QFirst off during my online booking for my rental U-haul sent me to a location that does not rent trailers ( which was my request) , the new location was very very far from there an incredibly inconvenient !!! When I finally arrived at that location it did not open until 10 am ….. to make it worse the people who ran this location did not arrive until 10:20 am…… very poor service !!!!!
Lawrence DThere were no moving blankets in the truck, our pickup was mobile and before the building opened so there was no way to resolve this issue in real time. The app was not uploading the photos that I was taking of the vehicle. I had to complete that step several times before finally being able to complete the step to complete the truck pick-up process.
