Come up with a system of where to park the uhaul. I was told to park it "on the little hill thang". The entire property is a hill, and then they had the audacity to be offended about where I parked it. There were no other uhauls and no parking lots beyond the store front. There was no signage or even some paint to denote where to park. The lady on the golf cart really wanted to make a point about how inconvenient it was all while avoiding eye contacting and seemingly staring into a void; a black abyss of nothingness. Perhaps she was reconsidering all of the choices of her life that led up to that moment and was surprised at her own frustration at something so menial as parking a uhaul when there are no other customers. Maybe she remembered her favorite Dostoevsky book, recalling the moral of the story from Notes From the Underground. Perhaps she was replaying in her mind all of the other times in her life when the echoes of "no" trickled down from authority figures in her youth and flooded her, the tendrils slowly enveloping her to a point of panic and then isolation. Maybe she realized that she herself had become that trickle. A moment of true introspection .... Or maybe if something is that big of a deal for you, you should stop to customer and take the keys from them when they pull in because you have to let them in the gate. The business opened on Jan 1, 2008. I did the math, they've had 159,555 hours as of writing this to think of anything other than "the little hill thang".

MALEDA SI did NOT have this 5x8 trailer! It was put on my contract but deadlines before I left the lot due to a non-functioning tail light. Another 5x8 trailer was given to me and the contract was not updated. The original 5x8 trailer was then rented to a different customer who dropped it off in North Versailles. I have been charged for that other customers tolls. No one seems to be able to fix this or gives a damn that you a very unhappy customer. This is becoming a striking occurrence of incompetence. Who the heck do I need to speak with to resolve this?!

ANDRE TThe trailer had broken glass on it. And other debris.I used a shop vac to clean it. If you want the debris back I'll ship it to you. If the previous customer doesn't clean it unfortunately it becomes your responsibility to clean it. Especially if it is debris that could injure or damage the next customer. The mechanical side is well maintained.
PHILLIP TFront tire ratchets are rusty and need cleaning and lube.

RODNEY TAdd a wheel to the jack on the 6x12 open trailer to enable easy hookup. Shorten the tongue on the 6x12 trailer to reduce the turning radius. Assist customers with hookup. Clean trailers. Inspect trailers for damage. 6x12 open trailer had bent pin on passenger side of gate preventing use of gate.

She called my phone fussing like we homegirls and not doing business together. Then she told my mom if we weren’t money ready not to come, as if we would be callling to rent a van without any money.

TAMMY FWhile the pick-up and drop-off locations were good, U-Haul overall is trending down. It’s getting more difficult to get equipment, and the only reason I was able to complete my move was because the folks at the pick up worked some magic since the equipment wasn’t available when I got there. Also, the mileage for one ways is getting ridiculous; there is no buffer to actually drive to where the truck needs to be loaded and to the drop off. Disappointing U-Haul. Do better.

Robert SI was disappointed in truck location. I reserved at a center 4 miles from my house and had to pick up/return 12 miles away. Might not seem like much but that cost an extra $15 in mileage and gas, as well as my time.
