RODNEY HThe trailer I rented had a misaligned pin holding the ramp up where you needed a hammer to remove the pin. I told the drop off location of the problem.
NED WThe u haul was good but the people in the storage giving them out not so much. The manager Amy is racist and her customer service sucks. She called my phone fussing like we homegirls and not doing business together. Then she told my mom if we weren’t money ready not to come, as if we would be callling to rent a van without any money.
