The location and the onsite service were perfect. Manager Amy was especially helpful and kind. What made me mad was the online reservation system. We had reserved a truck for the pickup location in Joppatowne MD, right near the apartment that we were going to move. AT THE LAST MINUTE AND WITHOUT TELLING ME, U-Haul moved my reservation to another location over 10 miles away. When I reached the Joppatowne site, I found out that I "was in the wrong location" and the system told me to go to the Bel Air location. Now I would have had to pay $1.79/mile for all the extra miles I would have had to drive. I had to wait AN HOUR until the Joppatowne location opened. And Amy straightened everything out. But I ended up having to pay movers an extra $120 because we were delayed an hour straightening everything out. I think U Haul owes me $120! Not happy with U Haul online reservations; very happy with Your Space Joppatowne and Amy.
