Being a holiday, nobody was at the facility which is to be expected. Fortunately, Uhaul has a website and an app for self return. Unfortunately, neither works correctly so I had to call customer service who I talked to twice and neither knew what I should do in this instance. So, I ended up just leaving the trailer there and hoping for the best and just waiting to see if I get charged for not returning it or something. The guessing game here really sucks but it's not the fault of the location, just the company.Brianna R.

A week before I needed the rental I called and reserved the trailer at a U-Haul location about 10 miles from my house. When I went to pick it up I was told that the trailer was at a location about 30 miles away on Pulaski Highway. When I got to that location, they were very helpful but I was not happy that the original location didn't have the trailer.william L.

Both locations got pricing totally screwed up had all kinds of additional charges. When I returned truck they rushed to the door to lock up since it was close to closing. All kinds of hidden charges.Edward L.

14.00 coverage was not mentioned at all. Truck had maintenance issues with emergency brake sensors. Truck smelled so strongly of a cat urine odor that I stopped to buy professional odor remover and ride with Windows down. Employees had offered to spray the truck with febreeze to cover the odor. Employees were very pleasant and the location is pristine. The truck was repulsive.Kelli F.

The drop off process (self drop off using phone) was great. Efficient and taking photos helped to reassure that I dropped off the vehicle properly, in good clean shape and a full tank and the mileage. But the problem was it was trying to charge me AGAIN. The idiot at pickup charged me at pick up which was wrong and the app tried to get me to pay again at drop up...but I must say, at least I had the option of disputing the charge and my card didn't get charged and I was still able to complete the drop off process. I'm sure after reviewing my drop off, my dispute to pay again will be resolved and approved. So though there is a mistake in charges, the self drop off at this clean professional looking location was still simple and easy to complete.Randy H.

I was never told to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when I rented it. I was not aware I would be gouged on the gas upon return, $42.50 for 10 gallons of gas is ridiculous. The customer service agent never told us to return it with the amount of gas we left with. It was not in anything that I read in the contract.Sarah C.
