When I arrived at my location and started to load the truck I saw that trash and other debris was left in the truck by a prior renter. I called the facility and asked that someone come to pick up the trash and was told that they would not but that I had to return the vehicle. I had already started to move boxes to the truck, was paying people by the hour so I did not think I should have to return the vehicle. And I was less than a mile from the facility. I had to call a supervisor at another location to have it resolved. The facility should have done that for me. I've rented here previously and always had good experiences. Just a bad day I guess.

Location is close which is great! The condition of the truck is questionable. I believe the odometer is broken. My house is less than 2 miles away. I made one trip home (2 miles), one trip to my condo (1mile), trip back to the house (1 mile), trip back to the condo (1), trip back to Uhaul (1). Maybe 6 miles. The odometer registered I used 20 miles. NOT SO. send the truck for a check up. You're ripping people off. Next time, if it happens again, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I suggested that this should be reported to management. If it wasn't, you know now.

The gas credit should be completely explained I was unaware I had to put the gas back to 1/4 of a tank. When I received it, it was less than 1/4 tank however I was told there would be a gas credit. Very confusing!!!

12/12/19 I picked up my truck Sat. 12/7 1:33p and returned it 12/8 3:48p Sun. I was charged 2 days for rental. I spoke to a young lady who reviewed the contract and stated one of the days would be taken off. Instead I was charged an additional $28.19 and now I can't get anyone on the phone DURING BUSINESS HOURS!

I had a reservation for an earlier time, which I was too late to attain. Even though the location closed at 4:00, Frederick hung around to make sure I could get the truck I desperately needed. His attitude and customer service were superb, and he is really doing a fantastic job.

I was unaware my location changed until they called the afternoon before. They didn't call to tell me about a change, they called to tell me they didn't have all the equipment I needed. It was frustrating and out of the way. Location was fine, but that aspect was brutally frustrating. Also, to receive the truck set for a one way trip to CT with 1/4 tank of gas was disappointing. Their comment was "you have to fill it up after anyways so it's the same". I picked up a truck without proper gas for my trip, faulty ramp, and changed location. Fristestin experiejce all the way around and didn't let me believe I should use uhaul again!

I think if you could confirm that the customer is coming have the rental ready with the items ordered in it. Just call them an hour before and if they confirm have it ready, if not then don't.

The rental van's odometer reading 52.7 miles but you all read the odometer at 527 miles so when I brought the vehicle back it would not accept the correct mileage 105.1. I know mistakes are made but I believe this is a very simple fix. You have the pictures from my rental but you should have pictures from the previous rental as well. Having only 52.7 miles on the van I don't know how this can continue to baffle you. Please fix this bill as soon as possible please. Thank you very much.

Location was convenient, and easy to find and park. The employee acted like we were bothering her, and I had to ask her twice to help me. But she did get us all taken care of eventually.

Customer service was extremely poor. The associate mumbled her words, didn't walk outside to show me the truck, just pointed. I had to grab my own dollies. It was probably the worst Uhaul location I have ever been to.

Just a shout-out to the courteous, efficient and informative attendants at this location. They provided us with directions and bottles of cold water on a very hot day!

The tire monitoring system needed service and the vehicle (TM2544F) was stilled loaned to me, I asked about it and I was told to ignore the flat tire indicator that it was just a sensor malfunctioning. The malfunction indicator stayed on throughout my rental. Furthermore, I returned the vehicle below my estimated mileage use and I was overcharged by almost 10 miles. It was a by the mile rental! It was only when I called to inquire about it, did the attendant go and verify the mileage and mentioned that it will be adjusted and I should see a refund within 24 hours. The whole time the attitude was as though a favor was being done for me! I paid for the rental. I have rented a few Uhaul vehicles this summer due to moving my family and my parents; this was not a good experience for me. I will not rent from this location again

My pick up location was 60 miles away in a different state!! I was notified the night before that I have a different pick location than my preferred location. I understand there is time where unavailablity happen, but 60 miles away is unacceptable

Complete the mobile rental process fully when you first reserve the vehicle. I was not prepared to take 20 min in getting codes and ok to get keys and go. Not a huge inconvenience but would be nice to know ahead time.
