When I was checking in, the lady signed me up for the insurance and other add-ons after I had told her I didn't want them. It was caught when she told me what the total price was going to be and I questioned it. It was corrected. The van itself was muddy and dirty on the outside. The back of the van had mud all over the tailgate and bumper and there was mud/dirt inside the van. We were moving my college son from one house to another so we had a mattress, boxspring and other things so we had to find carpets and boxes to put on the van floor so we didn't ruin the things we were moving. I mentioned this to the lady when I dropped the van off and her response was "Oh, you can call or email UHual to let them know". I would think it's the responsibility of someone to ensure that the rentals are clean after each use and ready for the next person.

Every thing was great
Carla nThe rental process went smoothly, the vehicle was clean, and the employee was knowledgeable and helpful in getting everything set up. However, their demeanor came across as unfriendly and they rarely smiled, which made the interaction feel less welcoming than it could have been. While I received the assistance I needed, a warmer customer service approach would have made for a much better experience.
CHENILLE MTruck was badly scratched on the exterior and inside the cargo bay. Cargo bay had gross dirt in the corners and the cab had a terrible smell.
JUSTIN ENot changing for 2 days when the equipment was returned by 5.43pm same day as against 2pm it’s purely a scam, and it’s not the best.
