Not changing for 2 days when the equipment was returned by 5.43pm same day as against 2pm it’s purely a scam, and it’s not the best.

JOSEPH AThe app didn't allow me to take any pics at the time of pick up. The van was left with dirt inside and when I dropped it off I was charged a $25 cleaning fee when I wasn't responsible for the dirt inside the van. I wasted 30 minutes when I arrived trying to upload pics that I took, but had no where to upload. Im not happy with this transaction at all.
Phuong DBack truck not swept out. Also when I reached Chicago I found a cell phone under a seat that should have been found earlier.
John WI was told one price and then at check out (even after I made the money orders, I was told another price) I then needed to get another unit and it was smaller and the price was 150.00 more. Unfortunately your employees are making your establishment seem like it is trying to rip off it's paying customers.
