Equipment dirty. Couldn't use app to pickup truck. Customer service had me changing settings on my phone and still took up to an hour to resolve so I could pick up truck. Although she was very nice and helpful, No discount was offered, only an apology.
Corbett L.The equipment smelled like smoke. Lighters were left in the vehicle and signs of marijuana were left - seeds and stems. Had to spray down the vehicle with Lysol.
Paul O.I went to the location two days in advance and made a reservation. I wanted to pick up the truck an hour before the location opened and they said I would get an email telling me how to access the key. I never got one from U-Haul and had to wait for the location to open to get a truck. I ended up being an hour and a half behind schedule. Other than that the truck was fine.
