Eric WMake sure tires have tread, if nothing else blow the van out there was so much dirt in different locations that my allergies were definitely triggered and you could see everywhere something was spilled on the doors. Definitely wasn’t cleaned
RUTH MNever saw the inside, never talked to tye employees. Took 30 mins with two different people calling uhaul directly to get an answer on how to drop the truck off since they where closed. Poor service all around.

STEPHEN TEverything was great! The only thing id add is a walk around before allowing the client to leave, that would have given me a little more peace of mind but thats just a clerical add on thats not required I had a great experience and would use that location again the site manager was amazing!
DENNIS BThe processing of my rental at pickup was very slow. It seemed that Uhaul's server could bot handle and was very slow. It took me an hour for something that is usually 10 minutes.

Charles WVehicle had flat rear tire when picked up. Padlock on back of truck didn’t work.
NEIL MDrop off location! I live in Gwynn Oak MD but I picked up items in belair MD which is why I rented from belair. I couldn’t do a drop off close to home but there are locations close to me.
VANDERVELT AConfusing dropoff. No paperwork given stating it was returned in good condition.
JOSEPH FWhen delivering during after hours there are no instructions on how to properly return the vehicle due to the location being a gated business.

Michelle FThe hitch rachet lock did not work and I was not informed as such. I was lucky to get home without losing the trailer. The rachet down was completely loose.
