I have rented from this location twice, and both times I was overcharged. I called them after each time as well as sent emails to an email address that they sent to me regarding my receipt. I was never refunded the amount I was overcharged.

This location was very close to me and super easy to rent from. Returning was the issue. The time to return was not set. I returned my truck the same day I checked it out and was charged twice for the rental period and the insurance. When I tried to contact customer service with my concerns, they never responded. If you choose to use this location I would triple check when they want their trucks back.

I can only say Ms. Alexis M. (CubeSmart/ U-Haul Manager) WAS OUTSTANDING, POLITE, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and sadly overworked as she was doing EVERYTHING ALONE. My wonderful experience with Alexis on 8-28-21 went smoothly and without insolent. However, when I could not get strait answers 2 days later (Alexis was not there) over how the contract for my U-Haul Pick-Up Truck rental fees/costs came with two separate charges - one going through for $43.27 which was OK, BUT a second PENDING CHARGE in the amount of $6.84 according to my bank - I HAD TO REACH OUT TO MY BANK BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET A DIRECT ANSWER FROM WHERE I RENTED THE PICKUP TRUCK AS TO HOW/WHY I AM BEING OVERCHARGED... Well bottom line is that I had to be placed on ungodly hold times TWICE (half an hour to 45 minutes both individual times) calling the 800 # to U-Haul because Tiffany (the General Manager from where I rented the Pick-Up Truck from), could not explain how the discrepancy occurred. It was a lot of BRAIN DAMAGE AND WASTED TIME (collectively several hours worth) OVER AN INVALID PENDING CHARGE TO MY CARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $6.84. G.M. Tiffany was very nice, but "passing the buck" on my shoulders to figure out WHY/HOW AN ADDITIONAL PENDING CHARGE FOR $6.84 WAS ABOUT TO BE UNFAIRLY BILLED ME was NOT the expected way to iron this out (it is not my job to figure out how billing is handled - that obligation is to be handled by the facility that "rents the truck".) After multiple hours OF MY MAKING MULTIPLE TELEPHONE CALLS a different Tiffany from U-HAUL Customer Service OUT OF MISSISSIPPI immediately fixed the PENDING BASELESS SECOND ADDITIONAL OVERCHARGE of $6.84 to my card PLACING NOTES IN THE SYSTEM. Mississippi Tiffany informed me that THE U-HAUL COMPUTER SYSTEM SEEMS TO ALWAYS DO THIS SAME ERROR WHEN VISA CARDS ARE USED... Mississippi Tiffany was just as nice as Alexis M. AND EQUALLY AS HELPFUL!!! Here it is in a not shell, be very careful and follow through by checking with your bank regarding what you/ "your card" is being charged/billed - DO NOT ASSUME YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED WRONGLY, UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD PAYING FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S MISTAKES - - be it a U-HAUL defective computer system that apparently does NOT get repaired because it benefits the company; OR BE IT THE LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH from an outfit that overworks employees who cannot spend the time to address valid issues brought to their attention... Customers should NOT have "the company administration issues" placed onto their shoulders in order for VALID COMPLAINTS/ INQURIES TO BE HANDLED CORRECTLY. FYI - I am unemployed and needed the least expensive rental cost, as such I declined the $10.00 U-Haul added 24 hour Insurance Coverage charge. I need my available funds to be spent on things I urgently need SO I ELECTED TO DECLINE (yes gambol) THE ADDITIONAL U-HAUL INSURANCE COVERAGE because the truck never left my sight/ property - and because I drove less than 22 miles total round trip. Having a sneaky/ faulty U-Haul Computer System THAT APPARENTLY DOES NOT GET REPAIRED EVEN WITH THEM REALIZING FOR A LONG TIME WHAT IS HAPPENING, well making the customer (me) do all the work to rectify an overcharge to my VISA Card leaves a lot to be desired... Alexis M. (Manager at Parker CubeSmart/ U-Haul) was the only real "bright highlight" out of this entire ordeal. I hope her "illuminating light" and "caring disposition" is witnessed and reduplicated.

I was having problems with the app pick up at 8:00 am the location wasn't open yet but 2 women showed up early and I told them my problem and they let me in and straighten it out on they're PC inside. They were AWSOME 👍

Although, we weren't able to get the truck unloaded in time for our 2 pm drop off. They did offer to extend the time for us. I was sick and my bf is disabled. We were 3 1-2 hours past our drop off and we ended up getting charged for a whole extra day.

Dirty truck. Employee I said she did not have time to clean the previous night and close the shop on time so she left it. Lock box For early morning reservation would not open. Sat on the phone and chat for 30 minutes and another 15 for someone to show up. Cannot complete all my chores at the truck and we choose another option next time

The vehicle was overall clean, but the cupholders were full of food and gross sticky stuff. I had to wipe down the inside of the vehicle prior to my trip.

Employees had more attention talking about guys and asking customers for a ride to Colorado Springs. Stayed in line so long I felt like I was waiting to see the employees boyfriend. Super disorganized, forgot to give a guy his moving mats, extremely unprofessional. It was a joke, plus parking was absolute trash. Customer service was the worst I've seen ever, didn't seem nice or personable at all just too occupied in their own problems of visiting some guy or something in Colorado Springs.

The truck was a little dirty. Someone shouldve at least wiped it down. I didnt know you had to be within one hour of pickup so it took me another hour to figure it out and get on the phone with someone. Otherwise the truck worked great but kept saying it needed an oil change.

Storage staff do not work for UHaul and will tell you so. As such, they only care so far as you are concerned as a customer. In my case, I received my van with a "full tank," was told to refill it to "full" when I was done, and ended up paying for 5.5 gallons of gas for 36 miles. Obviously, the last person didn't fill up the tank properly, and I was left holding the bag. The staff did not care when I told them about it, instead told me "we don't work for UHaul" and started giving me contract legalese instead of treating me like a human being. Do not plan to return.

Multiple problems with this rental. First location where I tried to pick up the truck had not prepped the correct truck for me to pick up. Called Uhaul customer service and was sent to a different location to pick up the truck. Called Uhaul when I arrived and they told me this location was closed for day. Hugely frustrating I was sent somewhere that was closed. I was sent to a third location only to find out the Uhaul system was down. Waited approximately 30 mins on hold with no answer from customer service. Returned to the location 45 mins later and after a lengthy wait the systems came back up and I was able to get my rental truck, but well over 2.5 hours after my original pick up time.

Truck wasn't fully ready and had not been cleaned. Personal items had been left behind as well as other rental items. The gas tank was left at half full leaving me in a position of filling the tank and possible not using all of the gas (option I choose) or running low on gas and having to guess at the correct amount to add. I find this technique and interesting way to add a gas fee to the next customer. Uhaul gets money for the person not filling the tank and the next person ends up paying for gas for Uhaul.Brake on this vehicle are approaching end of life.....

Tire gauge on dash immediately indicated low pressure. Air conditioner did not work. Cab smelled like cigarette smoke. Upon refueling it was apparent the gas tank was not totally toped off of totally when accepted given the amount of gas I put in. Parking and location of trucks and near by business was confusing and difficult.

Have the reserved truck actually available. When Inconveniencing a customer with half of the truck expected, offer a significant discount. Anything less is an insult. Clean the trash out of the cab and bay of the truck. This is my second poor experience with your company in 6 months. Not coming back.

I dropped off the vehicle after hours and again, the 24/7 self drop off app did not work, so I was charged a fee for the facility to have to check my vehicle in. I tried to contact U-Haul to let them know about this problem but could not get a live person on the phone.

The reservation specialist who I had to call the second time his name was Brandon was able to make my experience a great one , the previous person had me going very far to pick up my uhaul and Brandon was able to rectify the situation and was very friendly , great customer service . There were DOTS and candy wrappers behind the seat and the truck's steering was difficult to drive. You had to move the steering wheel three inches in either direction before it would steer. Might be an exhaust leak as well.
