Charged me an after-hours fee when they were open! And the woman was rude, unwelcoming, and generally a negative experience
Matt KThere was no cell reception or wifi. I had to walk 50-80 ft to get the needed service in order to use the app to pick up and drop off.
Timothy HI didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped us, he was very helpful and we really appreciated his help! He explained how we need to rent the UHaul, all the fees so there were no surprises and overall very friendly.
Victoria CI don’t know at this time. I believe her name was Leanne, but if you could have her there for everyone, everyone would give you great comments. She is fabulous!
