The reservation specialist who I had to call the second time his name was Brandon was able to make my experience a great one , the previous person had me going very far to pick up my uhaul and Brandon was able to rectify the situation and was very friendly , great customer service . He's a keeper need more people like him.

There were DOTS and candy wrappers behind the seat and the truck's steering was difficult to drive. You had to move the steering wheel three inches in either direction before it would steer. Might be an exhaust leak as well.

Van was very dirty, mud allover and heavy dust inside, online check in did not work I rent uhaul very often to get products from my warehouse, first time rented at this location, never again.

Your app failed. I tried several times but it would not upload a picture of the dash. It had failed me previously which is why I opted to get the key in person. Please ensure that the app works on Android or stop making us use it......

Overall the experience was at an average level or just below. The truck was at the location upon my arrival and in relatively good condition. The outside was dirty but the inside was clean. The windshield wipers were basically non existent. Had it been raining or snowing there would have been no way to handle that. Otherwise the vehicle drove well enough. The drop off process was long and drawn out. This was made worse by website errors and bugs.

I was charged another $91.13 by the storage center location not uhaul corporation for unknown services today when I wasn't even there to use equipment or buy any services. Had to call uhaul Corp and they verified charge wasn't them. Called my bank and had to perform a chargeback. I'm on ssi and the extra charges totaled more than $150 for (1/4 of my monthly income) overdraft because I am handicapped and this place is fraudulently charging customers for fake services. Just look at all the reviews.

Party to help me was out tending to some storage units, had to wait about 20 mins to get helped. Upon returning the van, as I dropped the key in the after hours box, I realized that I forgot to put gas into the truck. When I got my final bill, they charged me $83 for a 1/4 tank of gas. I was prepared to be penalized some, however, $83 for 1/4 tank of gas, that is taking advantage of people. This will be the last time I use Uhaul, there are other options out there.

The only issue I had with this location is that they still charged us to fill the tank after the ordeal in the morning of making me switch trucks. She never asked me anything about my move so I was unable to tell her of the situation, so I was just sent a receipt with the additional charge. It would have been nice for them to forgive that seeing as that most of the driving we had to do was from the new truck location to my apartment.

There was some confusion at check-out; on the app there was a picture of a "cut hose" which we couldn't locate, but the clerk reassured us. I had trouble completing check-out on the app and then checking it back in as well.

At the pick up location the man named less told me that I was to have the truck back by noon the next day I received a phone call after 11 AM from the park or location asking me where the truck was that then she said it was due back at 8 AM my question is why didn't she call me at 8 AM if the truck was not back she then proceeded to charge me for an extra day after I was given incorrect information and I have the truck with to her within 30 minutes of her phone call gassed up and ready to go I find it extremely unfair and unprofessional that I was given wrong information and then charge for it
