Matthew FJust a few minor observations: - reserved a furniture moving dolly (low level, on 4 wheels), but was informed that one I reserved the day before had been given to another customer just minutes prior to check in; was advised to try the Large Appliance (metal, 2-wheel dolly) - which came at an extra cost; but this dolly was completely useless and would have damaged furniture if used (so it was a complete waste as part of my rental) - I would like my Credit Card (used to pay for the vehicle Rental) to be Credited for having been duped into trying a more expensive dolly that was of no use and not what I specifically reserved (and was available) the day before - Upon entering the vehicle I had to remove and store a cardboard Advertisement in the windshield - shouldn't that be removed prior to giving a customer the keys to the vehicle? - The Passenger's side door to truck was locked, but no one ever checked to see that it wasn't completely closed. Had to pull over to exit the vehicle and properly secure the door

Felix VThere was a long delay picking up the truck. GPS could not get me access to my account to pick up the truck. When returning the vehicle, my driver was kicked out of the site to complete the return. I had to call Uhaul both for picking up and dropping off. It was not an easy or fast process. And I did not get the size truck I requested, and they wanted me to drive over 20 miles to pick up at a different location, otherwise downsize, which I ended up having to do, which created another problem.
Robert HI have never had this type of experience before at a U-Haul facility where I was told to find my trailer myself and hook it up to my vehicle myself. I had to maneuver the trailer between to trucks to get it to my vehicle, hook it up myself and when I returned the trailer I had to unhook it myself. I'm 69 years old in pretty good shape but there's no way I should be doing this myself. So you asked me if I Would you recommend this location to a friend? Not a chance. I'm not a complainer but this is Not expectable.

WILLIAM BI needed a 9 foot cargo van for a 4 hour trip to Baltimore and I was shocked that my reservation was upgraded to a 15 foot truck that got 10 miles to the gallon: this cost me $60 in gas. The truck was only half full when I began the loud trip.
DAVID HAssociate at the U-Haul in Frankfort DE. (did not get her name but she had red hair) was very pleasant and professional. I was able to drop the truck off 1 day early. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a U-Haul pick up or drop off.

BRUCE DTruck had 156,000 miles on it. Smelled of smoke! and seemed that starter was failing. The associate at the front desk was professional and efficient and supportive.

Carlos FRENTER BEWARE! Let's start. I arrive to pick up the truck I reserved 5 days prior. I'm told we have you scheduled for next week not today. No! It's for today. Next week I'm traveling and that's why I booked for today! Around and around I go. The manager comes out and asked what the email said. I find it. Yes, the date is for next week. I say that the l person on your end entered it wrong. My bad should have read email confirmation. I l'll take that. I'm told the only truck available is 20 foot and it's $39.99. I booked the $19.99 truck. Asked for them to match the rate. "Well it's 20 feet!!" I don't need a 20 foot truck but I'll take it since I planned to move TODAY! 20 minutes later, I have the huge truck. They say "I can't change the price in the system but will when the truck is returned." Ok fine. Return truck and am charged $39.99 on credit card. The worst part is they made me feel like I was asking for the moon. Oh, and there was a trick the size I reserved "but that was on hold for a client showing up any minutes." So when we turn the truck just over an hour later, guess what. The smaller truck was there. UGH! Moving is stressful enough.

EDWIN BOn a sunny, 80 degree day I was given a truck that had an AC that didn’t work at all and a radio that only stayed on for about 30 seconds at a time. Other than this the process was fast and efficient. However, I did see that I might incur $20 fees for dropping off the truck and trailer after hours and this was not explained to me at anytime during the rental process.

JASON MThis was the third location that I reserved a trailer for. The first one did not have the trailer even though it was reported that they did. The second location had the trailer, but no one was at the location to help me once I got there. The thirst one, was the location I finally had a reservation that had a trailer and a person manning the desk. It was not a good experience with U-Haul that day.

STEPHEN FI received a text for my drop off location. I drive 30 miles to get there. I'm one minute away and I receive another text to go to a different location about 20 miles away. I call customer service, and they say to take it where I was located on Zion Church Drive. I go inside and the dark-red-haired representative tells me she will not accept it. I show her my phone where I was on the call with your customer service two minutes before arriving at her location. She was very rude and said I am not accepting it. I then called your office to be told that yes, she would need to accept the trailer. I then ask if someone could help me to get the trailer unhitched. She replies we don't assist customers outside. I ask her to look up my history. On the two prior visits, both were at this location, and I was assisted. This location needs customer service training.

Eduardo HI worked with someone who was training but I had no complaints at all about his performance. He did have some help but I was in no rush. I called ahead to make sure they had the right vehicle I needed to rent and I was greeted with warmth and great customer service on the phone. The process of renting a van was very simple and straightforward. The cost was decent and the location was perfect for me. I only needed the van for a few hours but the process of renting it and returning it was extremely simple. Thank you UHAUL and the staff at this location for helping me with the last bits of my move.
