On a sunny, 80 degree day I was given a truck that had an AC that didn’t work at all and a radio that only stayed on for about 30 seconds at a time. Other than this the process was fast and efficient. However, I did see that I might incur $20 fees for dropping off the truck and trailer after hours and this was not explained to me at anytime during the rental process.

JASON MThis was the third location that I reserved a trailer for. The first one did not have the trailer even though it was reported that they did. The second location had the trailer, but no one was at the location to help me once I got there. The thirst one, was the location I finally had a reservation that had a trailer and a person manning the desk. It was not a good experience with U-Haul that day.

STEPHEN FI received a text for my drop off location. I drive 30 miles to get there. I'm one minute away and I receive another text to go to a different location about 20 miles away. I call customer service, and they say to take it where I was located on Zion Church Drive. I go inside and the dark-red-haired representative tells me she will not accept it. I show her my phone where I was on the call with your customer service two minutes before arriving at her location. She was very rude and said I am not accepting it. I then called your office to be told that yes, she would need to accept the trailer. I then ask if someone could help me to get the trailer unhitched. She replies we don't assist customers outside. I ask her to look up my history. On the two prior visits, both were at this location, and I was assisted. This location needs customer service training.

Eduardo HI worked with someone who was training but I had no complaints at all about his performance. He did have some help but I was in no rush. I called ahead to make sure they had the right vehicle I needed to rent and I was greeted with warmth and great customer service on the phone. The process of renting a van was very simple and straightforward. The cost was decent and the location was perfect for me. I only needed the van for a few hours but the process of renting it and returning it was extremely simple. Thank you UHAUL and the staff at this location for helping me with the last bits of my move.

Lana KFirst of all the trailer that I rented was on the side of the building in a foot of snow where I had to back up in the snow to get it. The worst part was it was absolutely FULL OF SNOW!!!! I had to pull it out and ask for a shovel to shovel the foot of snow out of it. They didn't have a shovel but a BROOM so that's what I had to use. I couldn't get anything on it with all the snow let alone the dangers of it flying out on the highway and possibly hitting a car or obstructing someone's driving. Thought it should've been prepared ahead of time and ready for pick up.

Curtis KI have rented U Haul motorcycle trailers at two different locations within the last 3 months. During my first rental experience the U Haul associate connected and secured the trailer to my vehicle. During my most recent experience the associate did not connect and secure the trailer to my vehicle. The connecting and securing was totally given to and expected of me.

Roy RThe unit is tired at 150K miles. Steering is sloppy and breaks through the steering wheel when turning into a parking lot over a slight curved gutter like ramp curb. It has a lot of small scrapes and small dings which isn’t an issue. I’m certainly glad I bought the damage waiver as how could I note previous damages, that would take all day. Picture was missing from passengers side but I was able to upload it ok. The company location was fantastic and I will refer them to anyone in need of their services. Thank! Rob Lewis

Andrew BAs noted above when I picked the truck up it had a reading on the gauges that said it was 17 miles to Empty. When I returned it, it said there was 18 miles to empty so I returned it in the same fuel condition as when I picked it up but got charged $37.50 for a fuel violation. Despite telling the staff about it I was not told about the extra charge.

DOUGLAS LTried to charge me extra for gas even though I returned it with half a tank more than I received it with. Couldn't tell me why I was charged so much more for the rental than I had been quoted. Otherwise, very helpful and understanding.
