When you trust a third party to come in and replace glacé in a vehicle, you should inspect that the third party has done an adequate job. There were lots of glass shards in the cabin of the van.

My rental was canceled since I showed up In the office 10 minutes late as I was trying to get the app to work. Limited cell reception at this business. I did end up getting the van l reserved but the process took longer than it ever has at any other U Haul dealer.

Todd HProvide the equipment rented...I ordered a 10' truck (after not being able to rent a van). I was provided a 15' truck...to go from wanting a van, to a 15' truck is a massive difference.
