How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe gentleman that was there when I picked up and dropped off was highly professional and helpful ! No idea what his name was but it was 9/25 at 9 am and again in the afternoon.
Chad HAgain, a great place to rent and store. Very clean. Even though busy they took the time to make sure we were taken care of. Would rent again.
Robert AWiFi was sketchy so we were only able to take pictures on our phone but it was fine. Everyone was very courteous and helpful
Rhonda MI called to rent the U-Haul and was somehow transferred to somebody in corporate somewhere and they told me the cost of rental would be $250. I did not get the final email but it’s probably somewhere between four and $500. I think I should’ve been told the truth in the beginning. I did tell the person exactly where I was gonna end up and drop the truck and told them it would be 260 miles.
