The location and the people were great. The specific vehicle needs some work. It was clean, but it had an error code for servicing the stabilitrack. The driver side door looks like it had some damage at one point and the window could roll up and down, but it would pop out of the track and not aeal properly. The driver side sun visor also randomly fell down while I was driving even though it was up and locked in place.

TINA KI was so busy taking pictures of the exterior that I never thought to take pictures of the mileage! They bulled me for 100 miles!!! I literally went 10 miles! I didn’t even have to fill up the gas tank! This place is a ripoff

Edward DI think improving the actual reservation system would go a long way. I had a reservation booked that mysteriously got lost. The team was super quick to get another reservation started for me, though. Luckily, a van was available... but what if it wasn't and I was just out of luck? It was a little annoying to have to go through the reservation process again because I was moving and on a time crunch. The equipment was in great condition, easy to use. 10/10 Service. 4 stars because of the hiccup with the reservation.

They are the best when it comes to Customer Service, caring about the equipment they rent and the care and pride of their facility, it is spotless. I am a returning customer and will continue to be. Mark JI rented the uhaul and my son dropped it off on Sunday at the wrong location. We were charged for two extra days, wrong location fee. I will Never recommend rental from your location unless our funds can be refunded. This is broad day stealing. I agree we make a mistake but to pay over $300 in times like this?

This interaction took place at the 8121 Belair Road. She worked on Sunday 6/29/2025. She was quick, very informative, explained the added insurance. Reminded me of gas fill up. When I returned she was watering the flowers outside and quickly met me and asked how my move went. U-haul is very lucky to have this young lady as she would be great in sales. Thanks for the awesome customer service.

Tameka RHave accessories that are asked for or let the user know ahead of time that you won't have the accessories. Day of notice that you don't ha ethe dollies that were requested makes.it had on an already stressful time
LUKE RThe vehicle had crumbs in the cup holder. The knob to roll down the window kept popping off. The driver's door had trouble closing. And although there were parking spots, I could not park on site.

EUGENE GMake after hours truck sign out easier. It took me an hour in the dark to obtain and input my information into the app. Also,, I was running late and did not realize it was time sensitive,, had to call phone support.
Leza TFront desk staff (Ryan and the manager) treated us rudely when we tried to ask for explanation of the charges. They even threaten to call the police on us if we don’t leave the premises. The manager even went out to threaten us further even though we were already in the car and about to exit out of the parking area. Check the security cameras.

NAKIA BLady behind counter was exceptionally rude. So much so that I felt compelled to let you know! I’m sure it’s emotionally taxing to sit behind the counter of a self storage facility…. Don’t take it out on your customers!

RICHARD NBe sure the fuel gauge is what you are renting the vehicles out per contract. Also make it required instead of suggests to refill the tank.
MICHAEL PNeglected to give me a dolly so I had to purchase one from a store. I was also misinformed about the sizing of the truck and had to make multiple trips.

WILLIAM MI wasn't able to park my car at the location which almost made me look for a different company but maybe in the future think about renting a parking space in the back to customers. I would have definitely "paid to park" rather than park my car at a different location and walk back to this establishment to rent the truck. Staff was excellent, extremely helpful, and very friendly.

DEBORAH Sfriend staff but i can’t believe this location doesn’t have a parking lot. a few minutes after i left with the truck a member of the staff call me and said that i couldn’t park in that spot or any of the ones just in front of the main entrance, he said that was exclusively for the other trucks. he literally told me park at the burger king next block, also mentioned that my vehicle could be towed if i didn’t move it soon. i move it and parked at the burger king, when i returned the truck i had to walk to the burger king to pick up my truck, a few minutes walk from the u-haul location
