There was no flat furniture utility roller available, even though I reserved it. Just one 2 wheel dolly. Need more of that equipment to go with reservations.

Excellent customer service. The gentleman there went above and beyond, and made things simple for me. The price was far better than hiring movers, and everything in the truck worked well, especially the ac.
Dustin BThe truck was clean, but well maintained I would have to say no due to needing roadside service for a broken shift linkage that left us unable to turn the truck on sit and sit in the heat for over an hour. The roadside assistance service said the part that broke is very common on these trucks. I get you can’t predict every vehicle repair but maybe more than once a year check on parts of the truck that are commonly known to break that are vital for function of the truck. U-Haul customer service was great though and called to check on us multiple times while we were waiting for the mechanic to arrive.
