They are very friendly people. Always smiling the place is clean and it smells good . I always go to this location when I want to rent a U-Haul truck or van . And I always will . As long as I’m still living in Maryland.

The Yourspace employees were great, but the u-haul technology was terrible. Make sure your app works. I originally signed up for the self-service check in, but my screen got stuck on the verify page and when I messaged the live agent there was no response. Thank goodness Yourspace was open at this time. Even the employees were having trouble with the u-haul system as it kept crashing and would not upload the pictures of my license. It took a good 10-15 minutes. This is unacceptable. You need to make sure your server works if you require images to be uploaded.
Caroline YThe representative at the location where I rented the truck from was very respectful, nice and understanding one thing that was out of his control was when you rent a U-Haul you cannot park there on our property. It’s not his fault. That’s what the owner of the property or business you should be able to park your car there when you rent a U-Haul other than that it was at ages For and of him being respectful, nice and understanding I would rent there again, but they just need to allow customers parked car. JUSTIN PThere was no flat furniture utility roller available, even though I reserved it. Just one 2 wheel dolly. Need more of that equipment to go with reservations.
