The ladies were very nice and helpful but thought I had the bigger truck which was clean. The 20 ft truck had red dirt all in the wheel wells and along the bottom of the truck and the inside had food particles and drink rings in the cupholders.

I would not recommend anyone to use U-Haul for their moving needs. I placed my reservation 11 days from the day that I need it. The location I selected for pick-up was roughly 15-20 minutes from my house. On the day of pick-up, I used the U-Haul app and found that the location for pick-up had been changed to a site that was one hour north of my home. I contacted U-Haul and was told “We don’t have any trucks in the city”. When I arrived onsite to pick up my U-Haul the staff was unable to complete my check out as the app was down. They contacted U-Haul directly and they U-Haul was not willing to help the lady that was trying to complete the rental. After 45 minutes the app did come up, and I was able to leave. When I was attempting to take the U-Haul back, I found that U-Haul changed my drop off location to a site that was almost an hour away from me. This company has some sketchy business practices.
