The person working at the gas station could barely speak English and could not be understood . They took 45 minutes to confirm my rental and give me the keys which put me behind on my move. Then the truck’s fuel gage was touching the empty line so I tried to get gas at the pump which was defective and kept locking my debit card in the card reader. So went to another gas station rolling in on nothing but fumes. I filled the gas tank up full $114.00 and when I returned it with a half tank and they didn’t even have the decency to give me a credit on my final bill for the $60 of gas I left them in the tank. My first and last time renting from U-Haul.
