The parking lot is across the road (in a very inconvenient spot) I rented a 26ft truck and had to drive into on coming traffic to be able to turn the truck into the HORRIFICALLY SMALL gate that can barely fit a 12 ft truck turning in. The location SUCKED. And yalls app/system sucks. What is going on with yall. The front desk lady was all right. She (unfortunately) was the one to advise me driving into the oncoming traffic lane to be able to turn into the parking lot. Even said “dont worry they’ll wait for you, dont worry they’ll stop” (they being incoming traffic) Please use some common sense uhaul.

Roni was sweet. I don’t think she should be the only one working at the location for safety concerns. You have her walking across the street in the cold by herself with no small golf cart. The lot was in horrible condition with overgrowth and rubble. The 26’ truck was in an awkward position and it took so long to drive over to the extra tiny exit gate to leave the lot. We had little directions so we took it upon ourselves to document any scratches, gas, and mileage. It’s simple enough for pick up. Would be nice to have a “nearest gas station that fits this height” since we start with a quarter tank. Booked for full day, was told location closed at 8pm, we dropped off at 6:30 and we got charged a $20 dollar out of operation hours fee. Pretty lame.I just felt bad for the lady working by herself!!! Please consider having two people per shift. We appreciate the truck was in good working order experience was fine due to Roni. Thank you! Will return.

With this being a new location, I would recommend time for growth to show improvement. Ms Vani was nice and very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the business and product including the insurance package plans. I was very satisfied as a customer with her professional skills. And I will be returning to this location ever time I need the business.

This was a new location so it was lacking a lot of what I would expect from U-Haul including additional supplies to purchase if required. The building itself was still unconditioned and I felt bad for the worker being bundled up in a winter jacket. The worker didn’t know how to do much with the trailer without consulting their manager via phone. I had to hook up and do everything myself which has not been my experience previously and the worker was not able to advise if the connections were made properly before leaving the property. Luckily the manager was able to assist over the phone to get the trailer locked onto the ball appropriately.
