No one on-site; multiple calls went unanswered; no clear instructions on drop-off - need to improve signage and instructions for self-service return, including keybox location - also, trying to see your phone screen with zero shade is not ideal for a self-service return with the app - entire lot looks like a dump site - and the location had instructions that someone would be onsite when that was clearly not the case

The off ice was not air conditioned! The poor girl working there behind the counter!!! We had to drive to another parking lot to retrieve the vehicle.
Judith RLocation tough to find and navigate, fences everywhere, tough to see an actual office. However, the number I was given and called did have a helpful person clarify my concerns.
JIM ANothing. Is was very easy to pick up and drop off. Very punctual. No problem with service or equipment. Everything went very smoothly. All of my questions (I had many) were promptly answered.
