Person working this office on Saturday the 22nd about 1 PM was surly and unhelpful. I drove to the address on my reservation to drop this off and parked temporarily and went in to the office to check in, the person did not greet me in a friendly manner, and when I said I was dropping off a trailer, he just said “where is it?” I said I had just pulled up out in the parking lot, he said “no, you have to take it to other lot” as if I had done something wrong. I had to ask him what other lot, and then when I drove it over there, he was still rude in his direction of where he wanted me to put it and how I was trying to unhitch the trailer. He needs to learn some customer service skills and some basic manners.
Mark MI would only recommend this location for a truck maybe. Not a tow if you are a single woman and have no knowledge of how to load your own car up there and secure the tires. I am thankful he showed me, but I did not know that I had to do it myself and then I had to drive to another location to have the chain put around the control arm.
Shannan WTo start off, I got charged for 4 gallons of fuel. I returned the box fan with more fuel than what it started with when I picked it up. Also, I got charged for going over on my miles. That wouldn’t have happened, if I didn’t have issues dropping off my vehicle at the original location in which I had intended to drop it off. We had to drive further to a location that was open. I think your U-Haul app could use a little help making it more user-friendly.
