I chose mobile pick up for a 730 pickup. Turns out center does not do Mobile pickups. Waited till 9a until shop opened but place did not open until 915. Truck was jammed behind other trucks on the lot. Gas tank was near empty, I had to fill up immediately after departing the facility.

Saul JThe man who helped me was extremely patient, knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. The equipment was perfect and helped me transition into a much better living situation. I truly appreciate this man and this experience. Thank you!
TRACI TOne thing that caught me off guard was that even if you schedule a U-Haul at a specific location, you’re not necessarily guaranteed to get it there. That can be a little unsettling when you’re planning your day around a certain location and time.
