This company over charged my card and took more than one payment off my card. They are extremely hard to contact. Everytime I tried to call my call would get forwarded. I wasn't able to speak to anyone after I rent the van . They just took the money and cut off communication. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone !

IVAN RThe original vehicle was blocked in and could not do a mobile pick up. It was impossible to pick up due to three trucks blocking in the vehicle. I called Mr. Kashan multiple times and recieved no reply. I called the help desk numerous times. Waited on hold for over thirty minutes each time, only to be disconnected and not recieved a call back twice. I went to the chat option on the mobile app at least 5 times. 3 out of 5 of those attempts I spoke with a representative called Myka which insisted that the vehicle was not blocked. She made sure to capitalize the ‘NOT’ multiple times prior to ending the chat. It wasn’t until I finally reached a chat with a representative named Chelsea who was able to verify the vehicle was blocked in and help me through a mobile check in of another truck on the lot. This inconvenience cost an estimated $300 increase to my move. I had to extended the working hours of the movers and reschedule a new window at my apartment complex to reserve the move space. Overall, this has left a real sour taste when I think of moving and U-Haul. In my opinion, Chelsea needs a raise for being a fantastic customer support personnel while Myka and the other representatives who did not call back and ended the chat premature would need to be evaluated on their customer support functions. Further more, Mr. kashan role as a U-Haul partner should be cited, investigated, and revoked. If this happened to me, I can only imagine how many others this has happened too. Lasty, the real kicker, the vehicle I was finally able to get into was in Empty. What a great day.
