Was told to go to this location and trailer was not available even though I reserved it weeks a head. Had to drive around in Dallas to another location to pick up the trailer.

Shaquela TI need managers to call me ASAP. I am very dissatisfied with my services. I was charged for 120 miles when I didn’t even go 15 miles. Let alone, he gave me a truck that was empty and we ran out of gas on the highway. We then had to push it to a safe location. This is very unsafe for 2 young women and our safety was endangered.
