How U-Haul Reviews WorkI picked up the U-Haul and it was dirty with coffee and or coke spilled - sticky inside the cup holders and all over middle dash. Also only had 8 miles to empty in the middle of downtown where no gas stations were close. Very disappointing. No locks for sale nothing available.
Laura PPlease do not go here the communication was off from the start he is very rude and condescending when we first got the vehicle he has the trucks parked so close only a stick can fit in to open the door he snatched the keys from me and moved it out the vehicle was all the way on e the air didn’t work light was out .. people of color please go to Keith’s Customs if you need this service he has amazing customer service and will work with you —- This man also called to tell me I did not return the truck instead of just checking his yard WHEN HE STATED THE LOCATION WAS CLOSED TO WHERE I COULDN’T GIVE ANYONE THE KEY — make it make sense he also tried to charge my card like I still had the vehicle $40 and then $100
Lorene SWas told to go to this location and trailer was not available even though I reserved it weeks a head. Had to drive around in Dallas to another location to pick up the trailer.
