With this being a new location, I would recommend time for growth to show improvement. Ms Vani was nice and very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the business and product including the insurance package plans. I was very satisfied as a customer with her professional skills. And I will be returning to this location ever time I need the business.
calvin wThis was a new location so it was lacking a lot of what I would expect from U-Haul including additional supplies to purchase if required. The building itself was still unconditioned and I felt bad for the worker being bundled up in a winter jacket. The worker didn’t know how to do much with the trailer without consulting their manager via phone. I had to hook up and do everything myself which has not been my experience previously and the worker was not able to advise if the connections were made properly before leaving the property. Luckily the manager was able to assist over the phone to get the trailer locked onto the ball appropriately.
