Pickup employee was no help. He simply pointed toward the trailer. He eventually came out and helped me lift the hitch up to my truck. Drop off was good. The young lady knew what to do and completed the transaction.
Allen ELocation easy to get to and close to many areas. The staff was very responsive, genuinely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Best customer service I’ve had anywhere !

Margaret RLady was super nice, however, it took over 30 minutes to get checked in. One of the windshield wipers was falling off. I was asked to estimate the miles I would drive so I said 30. I drove less than 30 but was still just charged for 30. Not worth the time to go through a process of getting a refund, but the miles should be checked before the final invoice is sent.
Lon CI will say that this is one busy store, they was only 2 people running this entire store, I was asked to wait a few minutes and they would be right with me. I did have to wait about 20 minutes when a young lady who was running register , handing food out of the salad bar as well as being a uhaul representative took her time to help get us on the road… wanna shout out to lady at etter drive , thank you for taking a very stressful situation around and making this as nice experience and we will be using them again .
della wThey told me to just drop off the key and they would email the receipt. They never "turned in" the truck and when I called Uhaul 4 days after turning it in to find out why I had not received my receipt, they thought I still had the truck. To add insult to injury, the return place charged me to fill up with gas despite the fact I clearly brought it back with the same amount it had when I rented it (ALWAYS take a picture of mileage and fuel gauge when you pick it up!)

Michael AMaybe try not screwing up their reservation. I called and made my reservation. It was confirmed. I also went the location of the pick up 3 days before to make sure everything was set. They confirmed everything then. Also received a phone call confirming everything. The day of pick up, they didn't see my reservation. I had to drive all the way to the next town, almost 30 min to pick up a truck. Completely inconvenient. Once I arrived at the other location, they tried to tell me they didn't have a truck. Even though I seen it when I pulled in. I'll never rent through U-Haul again. Too much of a hastle

Michael BI had originally reserved at This & That in Nicholasville but for some reason they were closed at the time I was to pick up. Location was changed to the BP on 200 Wilson Drive and when I went the first timIthe one employee that handled the U-hauls was in the bathroom for approximately 40 minutes.
Tamara DI was sent to this location after my original location did not have the truck I reserved. It was thirty minutes vs the original location being 5 minutes away and put a delay on my moving process. The whole process was very unorganized and unpleasant.

Did not receive email asking me to send photo of drivers license so had to do that at pickup When returned to Southgate at 4:30 pm no one was there and they were supposed to be open until 6 pm. Call their # and no answer and their voicemail had not been set up

STANLEY SI rented a dolly and it didn't come with one. I asked for a refund and it has yet to come through.
Timothy BI pointed out that the gas meter did not match the actual meter reading listed on paperwork at the time of pickup. But now I am being charged a full fee anyway. When I picked up the truck the gas meter read less than an 1/8 th of a tank and when I dropped it off I had put enough gas in it to move the meter to just below 1/2 a tank. This is wrong and in my opinion it's steeling. I specifically made it a point to show the attendant before I fueled up that his paperwork was wrong. He said it would be fine that I would not be charged. I intend on letting everyone I know , NOT to use this place to rent trucks in the future. Also I have already been charged on my card and this charge is a repeat. Going to my bank Monday morning to report the issue. I'm very upset that this kind of business is allowed to continue.
JOHN CBeing a uhaul representative is obviously not important to this business. I show up to inquire about renting a truck and am told that I have to do everything on line because they don’t handle anything at the store. So I did everything online at uhaul.com. Two days later I show up at this location to pick up the truck and it’s covered in snow and ice. I realize we had a little snow the day before but I would think that they would have at least had the truck cleaned off and warmed up ready to go because they new The time I was coming to pick it up. But I had to spend 15-20 minutes scraping ice and sweeping snow off of it. I would think that this business would spend a little more time assisting customers and making sure there satisfied because are they not a reflection of uhaul.

Larry Hmake the check in procedure a lot more easier. It took over a half hour to just get my truck. My reservation was for 10 am and I finally left the facility at around 10:45 or later, which put me behind on getting things done for the move. This location should be just like the other ones in Nicholasville KY, do things on the computer and print out the paper work not on the send things to the customers phone.
Robbie TNeed to learn the correct way to check in equipment. Call a customer back after you said all was fine is poor. Need to learn your job. Your mistakes are not my problem.
