I dropped the vehicle off a day early, and they attempted to charge me an additional $192.xx two days later. They said I had exceeded milage, which I did not. The ggole path we traveled from Coloraado Springs, CO to Cedar City, UT was only 651 miles, the trip allowed 777 miles.

Teresa hThe truck had a lock on it that could not be opened even by the employee there. They had to call someone to come out and cut the lock off. We had to wait for an hour and a half. This caused us a significant delay in our 4 hour drive home.
KATHERINE OClosed during normal hours. Sign in the window said call this number for help. I called, no one answered. Also, they were quick to charge me for the 3 “extra” miles, but neglected to credit me for the 10 extra gallons of fuel. Seems fair???

Leon OWaited 3 hours for the key. Was scheduled for 5:30pm pickup didn't get keys until about 8pm. Called so many people at the the uhual place took them almost 3 hours to get the keys. They forgot to put it in the truck….😭 Would not recommend this was the worst experience ive had. Very disappointed very bad service.
ANDRE CThe business name doesn’t even exist so for starters I would actually attach a business name that people can find and matches the building name. Was overcharged for miles and there was nothing the people at the store could do. They did not know the U-Haul system at all.
