The vehicle was under 1/4 of a tank of gas upon pickup, and I returned it with the same amount of gas as instructed. I was incorrectly charged a $60 refueling fee.

Tanora CLa atención fue muy pésima, no tenían respuestas para mis preguntas, me colocaron la devolución a una tienda que me quedaba a 19 millas de donde hice mi mudanza y todos esas millas me las cobraron cuando por teléfono me habían dicho que no iban a cobrarme. En realidad no le recomiendo esta tienda ni ninguna otra de ustedes a ningún familiar, amigo o conocido ya que luego que entregue me hicieron otro cobro por irresponsabilidad de ustedes mismos y me lo debitaron de mi cuenta sin preguntar
