I dropped truck off before business hours, so I didn't see any personnel. Place was a dirt lot with several buildings and propane tank.
Michael CThe man who ran it was so nice and helpful, and he absolutely gets a 10 in my book. The problem I have was that the UHaul truck ran rough, and started reluctantly. These made the move kind of an anxious nightmare. We would have brought it back, but we didn’t have enough time.

David CUnhappy with U-Haul customer service in general. We rented a truck and car dolly. Lights on the dolly were not working . They tried new harness, that didn’t work. We were sent to the other side of the city,. Several donkeys were tried, none worked. We were told to call roadside assistance . The problem was in the truck itself. They came and fixed the problem. In the meanwhile we are at least 4 hours behind schedule to load. About 1 hour into our trip we started hearing a whistle, very loud. And annoying. We pinpointed the problem. The corner of the windshield. A day into our trip the ABS light came on and later the Hill assist light came on. We made it home. And they should make sure the tires have enough grip for a long trip we made. Luckily it didn’t rain. We called U-Haul customer service to let them know. A manager was supposed to call us. Nobody contacted us. We called a second time and were insured thst the manager would call. We are still waiting on a call.

Jorge MEnsure the truck is clean and doesn't smell to high heaven. There was no windshield washer fluid,, and the cab had an empty water bottle in it and a tool box with tools stung along the cab bad.. Also ensure you act in a professional manner. When a customer walks in the door you should not be yelling on the phone to someone for a minute before greeting them. This was unacceptable especially when the uhaul app made me go to a different location, and then changed the pick up to your location. You made it blatenly obvious you were upset with me because I was late for pick-up hhowever it was not my fault the location was changed on pick up. This was a horrible expirence and I will not be rendering services to this location nor will I recommend it.

Danny DUHaul no longer "Guarantees " reservations! Buyer beware...what a nightmare! Reserved a truck in Canon City to drop off in Pueblo. The night before the move, no truck in Canon City. They reserve me one in Fountain, an hour and 15 minutes away. I call "Traffic " and the nice lady says they have one in Pueblo, 45 minutes away and they'll give me a $50 discount and 200 free miles to cover the extra drive. She says I can drop it off anywhere. I get an email stating charges are $108 + tax. I say great and pick up my truck in Pueblo from the nicest man on Saturday morning! He was amazing and offered me an extra day free if I brought the truck back to his store Monday morning. Best Customer Service ever!!! I move Saturday and Sunday, and take the truck back Monday morning an hour and a half early and clean! I don't have any link to Check-in so I call the 800#. The woman, Jade or Jada, was incredibly rude and told me I had to take the truck to Fountain. When I tried to explain the chain of events, she wouldn't listen and talked over me repeatedly! She said I could take the truck to Fountain or be charged for two days and full mileage. I told her I wasn't doing that because that was not what I was told and now I didn't have a ride back and forth. Unfortunately, Ron wasn't at the office and it was still early. I told her I would contact her manager but I was leaving the truck where I was told to, when I picked it up. Then she says I need to take it to Canon City...where I picked it up! I told her again, I picked it up at the Pueblo location from Ron! She was so rude, argumentative and unprofessional!!! I left the truck in Pueblo, took my car and left a message at the Pueblo office for Ron. I never heard back. After cleaning the house I had just moved out if in Canon, I drove back to the Pueblo location and was told by Scott, he knew the whole story and had gotten my message, which he obviously decided to ignore. "No need to worry" he said, "Jade left him a message and she's handling it!" Ron has Mondays off but Jonathan is the Regional Manager and he'll make sure it's taken care of...Ha! I told him I had all the emails verifying and he just picked his phone and dismissed me! I was so exhausted and angry!!! I got in my car and called Jonathan. I left him a very nice message, no response! I left him another message this morning, still waiting... I checked my credit card balance and lo and behold, they billed me $140 Saturday morning and $120 Monday morning. Now I'm really mad! I called my Credit Card company and I'm disputing the $120 charge and I eat the difference in the $140 charge, but I sent all the emails toy Credit Card company. I'm sure Ron had nothing to do with this but Scott...no words! All I can say is I have used UHaul for nearly 40 years...that ends today! Who you once were is not who you are today!!!

brian mThis doesn’t apply to the location but rather, the process. I was moved from a rental on Colorado Springs to a location in Canon City, 50 miles away. I received an email indicating “guaranteed rental” at that location. However, when I got there the business asked me if I had received a call to let me know a trailer wasn’t available. I hadn’t. Meaning I had driven for a “guaranteed trailer” that wasn’t guaranteed. I called the central service dispatch and sat on hold for about 20 minutes, learning that the closest trailer was an additional three hours south. I asked why I couldn’t rent a trailer from the business that I’d passed that had trailers sitting on their lots and was told none were available. After I’d asked if the trailer that was three hours south would be “guaranteed” as well, the service rep said she’d found a trailer in Pueblo, the location of this business. I asked to reserve it and drove there. The gentleman running this business could not have been more professional. He empathized with my issue and assisted me in getting on the road quickly. So, a 10 for him and his location but significantly lower for the central management.

He is an advocate for the customer and keeps his promises. No suggestions for improvement from me. Everybody ought to rent from Zukel

James JThis man was not welcoming at all. Irritated that he had to input my drivers lic. Did not want or let me use military discount said he would get in trouble. Walked short distance and pointed to a truck telling me mine was around that one to which there were several. No paperwork, No inspection, no instruction on truck whatsoever, windows were very dirty, Walked away from me after pointing area my truck was parked which you could not see truck at all as it was blocked by bigger truck. no goodbye or thank you NOTHING. VERY LAZY UNPROFESSIONAL ELDERLY CAUCASIAN MAN. NEVER AGAIN!
