How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was supposed to be 39.00 a day. They charged me 79.00 because I needed another day. It was raining so hard here the whole day i needed to unload the truck we couldn't do it that day. Charged me 10 bucks for a gallon of gas when GPS sent us on a wild goose chase for over and hour trying to find the location to return the truck. I will not do uhaul after hours or no contact again. It took forever to pick up the truck and an hour to check it back in. It is not easier for the customer ut just saves uhaul money by not having to pay anyone. But the money you save sure as hell doesn't reflect the rates of your truck rental.
