The truck was supposed to be 39.00 a day. They charged me 79.00 because I needed another day. It was raining so hard here the whole day i needed to unload the truck we couldn't do it that day. Charged me 10 bucks for a gallon of gas when GPS sent us on a wild goose chase for over and hour trying to find the location to return the truck. I will not do uhaul after hours or no contact again. It took forever to pick up the truck and an hour to check it back in. It is not easier for the customer ut just saves uhaul money by not having to pay anyone. But the money you save sure as hell doesn't reflect the rates of your truck rental.

The gentleman that rented me the truck was very friendly, explained all my options and overall gave me a great experience. If another U-Haul is needed or anyone asks me I will send them to this location on Pueblo blvd by Southside Walmart.,

Jamal BRon was SO helpful and customer service-oriented. He made my drop offs quick & easy & even called me to let me know I dropped my credit card in his office. I'd absolutely recommend him & go back to him again at that location.
Tara MI just dropped off on a Sunday, I did not meet anyone, I dropped the key in the drop box. I did however call the location and left a message because I thought I left something in the truck, no one ever called me back. But, I found the item I was looking for.
