I was told the gas tank was at 75% and it was 50%. I expect to see the difference on my final bill, but it appears that the location indicated that it won't.
PHILLIP YThe U-Haul attendant was honestly so kind and patient. The U-Haul system was down, and he went above and beyond to find a way to still rent me the vehicle. It was the only day I had available to rent and move, and even though I started 3 hours later than I had hoped, I was able to finish. Seriously an amazing worker and person.

jay hIn the future Try cleaning the broken glass out of the truck prior to renting it out. I didn’t realize there was broken glass in the attic area of the truck when I rented it until I get home and was starting to load my items in it. I ended up cleaning up a bunch of broken glass and cut my hand open cleaning your equipment which is unacceptable. I honestly feel I should be reimbursed for the rental. I mentioned it to the staff and they didn’t really offer me any type of assistance and said oh we didn’t check up there when checking it in. You should look over the vehicles prior to renting them out to people. I shouldn’t have to clean up after previous renters.

JUAN GUsually renting a U-Haul, seems to take forever to check out. Very long process at Placentia U-Haul. But at this location in Orange CA, I couldn't believe how fast and easy it was! It's a longer drive for me to get to, but going forward, I will definitely use this Orange CA location instead. This place should teach other U-Haul locations, how to do it! Fantastic experience! I think his name was Peter?

MUNIR SThe u-haul truck look like it went off roading with all the dirt on the cab. The panel under the steering wheel was unbolted. Not sure why? When i turned right, the front brake would squeak like it needs new brakes and rotors. But it got me from point A to point B and back in one piece, so it did its job!
CANDICE WWe travelled nine miles and they insisted that the truck used two gallons of gasoline and charged us $10 (even though the posted price was $4.19 a gallon). Check out the truck was quick and easy, but I felt they took advantage of customers. Especially on short hauls.

TANYA Si was never advised of the per mileage charge. employee led me to believe it was not an issue and to return whenever. the truck was clean however check engine light was on and a/c did not work properly. i would not recommend this location or uhaul to any of my friends or family. there are better options for rental out there.
SANDEV GI forgot my gate clicker in the truck I rented yesterday, I contacted customer service they gave me a number that I’m calling but no one is picking up, so frustrating other than that I had a great experience

HELEN HI have rented a U-Haul from this location many times and keep coming back because of the friendly service, clean trucks and exceptional customer service I receive! There are many other options in the area that I could choose for my repeated business but I only rent my trucks from this location because they are awesome!

JENNIFER BThis particular trucks battery died on me two times as I was parked. Maybe the lights or radio on too long, idk. Luckily, I had a portable battery with me. It was hard to connect the cable to the small barely visible terminals. All ended okay but I could have done without that hassle and added stress. Thanks for listening!

Thomas HI've rented a truck twice from you guys and each time had to deal with the worker who is a tall older man with a mustache and every time he is very rude and short with customers. But regarding the truck, it was clean and got me to where I needed to be, it would have been useful to have a bigger truck but when i arrived only the short trucks were available.
