How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had just one issue with the truck: it was handed over to me with a padlock on it. When I arrived at my destination and checked, I found the lock; I had to go back to the location to see what could be done, which wasted both time and gas.
Reyna GEmployees were professional which I appreciated. However, make sure the cab is clean and at least have 1/2 tank of fuel in the vehicle when rented.
SHEILA MThe guys and girls always attend me good on services and the guy that receives the box trucks awesome thank you
ADAM VLocation is very close to my house with the additional plus that it's located at a gas station for any other quick purchases was made even better. The unit was clean with all previous markups clearly visible with stickers of repair damage, check-in and check-out was quick and efficient, I essentially arrived early around opening and checked out later in the evening near close of the location hours, service was great!
