The original location I had booked was out of the truck I requested, so I had to rework my schedule, drive further, and when I picked up the truck I noticed that the cab had not been cleaned. When I opened the back to load, there was a banker's box with tile samples in the back along with empty plastic bottles and used packing tape. It definitely had not been cleaned out properly. Even the tailboard on the truck was covered in debris and had not been swept off. This location had lots of trucks, but it would have been more timely if the original site had what I needed.

Sharlena LThe man helping me was multitasking with confirming my order and helping gas station customers. I felt like it took double the time to get the van. Additionally, this location did not have a furniture dolly like I ordered. He did offer a regular dolly for me to use. Slightly disappointed with the pick up of the van experience. However, the drop off was very easy.
Gabriella RThe gasket to the front windshield became disconnected and flopped around on the freeway. The windshield was dirty as a result. That vehicle needs maintenance asap.

I showed up late not knowing my reservation hold was only for an hour, and they took great care of me and made it seamless. I also, brought the truck back a bit late and they didn't charge me for an extra day. Everytime I have used this location they have treated me very well. Highly recommend.
