Got moved 2 times on the day of the move and only realized this after I called to ask about adjusting the pick-up time. Assume I would have showed up to my original location, only to be told to go somewhere else top get the truck I reserved. It was frustrating for sure.

There were software glitches with. U-Haul online. My truck is very dirty on the inside and out. The Team at the Arco station fixed everything and we’re extremely accommodating to make up for U-Haul‘s errors.
