MATTHEW WThe truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas when rented which makes it very difficult to return it with that same amount. Vehicles should start with full tanks. I returned it with half a tank and asked if they could credit me the gas. I was told no. This seems very unreasonable to me.

JONATHAN SDropping off trailer Monday morning, there was no one at the remote lot and no one was answering the office phone. When I drove over to the office, staff person was sitting at the computer and looking at his phone. When I asked him to check me out, he said "ok, you're done" but he didn't actually check me out. I had to ask again before he actually did.

JAY FI would have like to have had the opportunity to input all me personal info prior to arrival. It was inconvenient to be standing in a parking lot when I was in a time crunch putting in info and waiting for approval. I don’t mind putting in the vehicle condition as that is expected but the driver info and verification could be done when you book.

MARCELLA OI haven't used a U-Haul service since college and was totally impressed. The van was a low mileage vehicle, well maintained No issues. The staff was knowledgeable and professional . I will definitely consider using again and also recommend them.

NOCONNOCO PReserved a 15 ft truck. Received a call the day before that one was one site for the next day. When I arrive at my scheduled day and time (10:30 am on a Sunday) only 1 person was at the desk working with another customer and that worker walked that customer out to their rental. Iwas standing there only to hear conversations taking place in the “back of the office”. Two workers finally came out. After a couple of minutes One finally asked if I needed help. I mentioned my reservation for a 15 foot truck she informed me they only had two there and both were reserved. When I mentioned and showed my reservation number I was informed they did not have the truck. The worker got on the phone and found one 30 minutes away and I would have to go there. Now I had a crew of 4 waiting ( costing) and now their wait was longer. I had to travel 30 minutes to get the truck and the 50 minutes to get to the location of the apartment where the moving crew was. I do not recommend the Roswell Road uhaul Location based on this incident. I do recommend the one in Sandy spring. Where I was sent. They were professional and extremely helpful
