NKIRUKA YNote - I had a bad experience with this location several years ago, when they rented me a broken refrigerator dolly and then refused to refund me. But this was a good rental!
DAVID SThe truck was in good condition, essentially what I expect from UHaul, so nothing out of the ordinary. What really set this location apart from past experiences I've had with UH was the people. Both the guy who checked me out in the morning and the different guy who checked me back in later that day were great. Very helpful and personable, which helped make the whole process much easier. Marcus and I even laughed about waiting to see how our day would go, for very different reasons. My thanks to both of you!
DAVID CWhen I picked up my trailer, an employee and I checked the lights. Running lights, turn signals, brakes, flashers. I heard yes on each test. At home, I repeated the test by myself, and could not see the running lights. I drove back over, and had them check, and was told the lights were working. The next morning at 5 am, I left on my trip. To my surprise, I had no lights. I had a 10 hr drive ahead of me, with light traffic, so I elected to go, knowing I could be ticketed by police. I did not realise I could have called UHaul support once I reached my destination. I could have had it repaired, or perhaps swapped out the trailer. I went to a lot of trouble to make sure all was well with my rental. I’m not happy I spent almost $300, and ended up with a trailer that had no lights.

Adanna OMake sure customers know to arrive well before their pickup time - there were 4 customers ahead of me, so it took half an hour to get my trailer.

CELESTE GVery inappropriate location for U-Haul . The staff was great dealing with people trying to navigate just getting in and out and driving to another location to pick up the trailers. U-Haul needs to close this one.

Edgar IThe customer should review the truck with the agent. My gas gage did not reflect the amount of fuel indicated on my receipt. I ended paying way more for gas than I should have. I mentioned it upon returning my cargo van and I was told I could have contested it. We were both at fault.

CHRISTOPHER CNo parking, lot is full of u haul trucks, very cluttered. There are two men that with there, the younger one the two had an attitude, the older one did a great job.

RICHARD JI know it's a tight location, but a dedicated space to rent the trucks would be great. I noticed the car wash customers were paying at the same counter. It isn't a big thing but I like the process to be smooth and quick as possible and dedicated to what I am there for.
DANIEL RThe truck was unbelievable OLD. It had over 144,000 miles on it. I prayed it could make it to Brunswick, Georgia. There was someone's sandwich trash in the truck. The attendant at eZmissions did not know whether it was full of gas or not - told me to check it out. There were newer trucks on the lot, but he gave me this one. The lug nuts and bolts of the wheels are totally rusted out.

LSHERYL HThe facility is not organized. Team there fails to communicate basic actions which creates simple interactions more difficult. This is exasperated by being near a high traffic street with no real way to organize large trucks w/ trailers coming in. Worst U-Haul location I have been to in all my moves. Unprofessional, disorganized, unsafe.

STACEY RI wasn't aware that even though it says office hours, there would be no one at the location. We wanted to discuss paying for a year, I was forced to take the insurance I already confirmed with my insurance that it covers up 10% of my policy value. It did not give an option to opt out. I had to complete online. That part was great and if I didn't have questions or concerns, it would have been even better.
THOMAS TI ordered the Dolly and they never put it in there was charged $15 Dollars for nothing.. I asked for My money back we will see if it ends up back in my account. I want my money back for something I never got..

My financial plans were greatly affected resulting due to these circumstances, as a result I still owe a balance after returning the rental, I will definitely settled the outstanding balance owed Upon returning my rental I was helped by the someone who was friendly and professional and advised me to top up the Gas to avoid charges which I did.
