Sophia DThe check-in and check-out process is time-consuming and complicated-too many photos. I understand the purpose of it all but it was over 100 degrees in a hot parking lot. I spent a good 10-15 minutes on my phone, then the lock with the key wouldn't open, and the photos. I was drenched in sweat by the time I finished. Also it is hard to see, read the instructions on the phone screen, and take photos in the bright sun
Amy BThe location was great but using the self service “kiosk” - never again. When I made the reservation I was under the impression that I when I picked up the vehicle I would be assisted by a customer rep at the storage facility - WRONG!!!. Took me over an hour and a half just to get through the online process and that was with the help of a customer representative who was great. The website kept timing out - apparently an issue with Safari (although my girlfriend, who uses Chrome, had the same problem). I had to retake my DL picture three times because your system requires all four corners of my DL to be seen - easier said than done when you are already frustrated with the app. And your process required the rep to call two individuals - my girlfriend and her son for verification - both of whom were sitting next to me in my SUV. Pretty idiotic if you asked me. The final kicker was that the truck I requested wasn’t available - I ended with a van which didn’t have the storage capacity I needed. And not having a ramp made the loading/unloading extremely difficult and frustrating. As a result I had to make two trips and took much longer than my girlfriend and I had planned on. I briefly spoke with the manager of the storage facility who couldn’t help me because he had no control over the process - he said I was not the first one who had issues using the kiosk/app. Next time I want to deal with a real person - otherwise I won’t use your services again.
