Prior customer returned the truck muddy on Thursday. The truck was put out of service because it was muddy. I reserved the truck for Saturday. When I showed up, the truck was not available because the truck was out of service. About 30 minutes later, I received a phone call from U-Haul saying my reservation was transferred to another location. I was upset that nobody notified me earlier about my reservation transfer to another location. So local U-Haul person helped me to rent the muddy truck, which did not bother me. I rate the U-Haul service bad rating because the U-Haul software and server bog down several times. Other’s customers waiting had the same server crash. The girl behind the counter was very helpful.

if your late for mobile pickup when not open, be there early. second time in a row mobile pickup did not work and can only attribute to me being late which added another 40 minutes to get ahold of the right customer service agent to take care of my mobile pickup
