Location was hard to find and office was not well kept. It took us an hour for the employee to figure out how to complete the registration and he waited on other customers in between trying to figure things out. Our initial rental was also at another location which canceled on us 45 minutes prior to pick up. It was very stressful overall. The truck itself was clean but we were given no instructions on how to use the truck.

Great service great manager great all around
Terrence HThey were very friendly but I wouldn’t necessarily be back to their location, 1. they didn’t provide us with updated contact for them to reach out the phone number on their site is incorrect; 2. We dropped the U-Haul off to the same location same night and there was supposed to be someone onsite at all times nobody was there when we arrived, I had to return the next day. 3 they charged me incorrectly twice! On top of the inconvenience of the mileage being incorrect on the truck. Noel was a sweet person and I understand it’s only week 3 in the location but they need to update their information and put a key drop box if they don’t want to keep the door unlocked or have someone available to engage with their customers. I was told 1 price then called back and told they had to charge me more than the 1st charge I’m NOT happy!
