The guy who helped me was super helpful and friendly. Very happy with this vendor and I had a great experience. I just have feedback for U-Haul in general, I think the company should credit your bill when returning the vehicle with more fuel than when you got it. It's easy to overshoot how much you need when refueling before returning it.
