The only issue I ran into was that the cellular connection was spotty in this location. Returning took longer than expected due to this.

The rate for this item was cheaper than a similar rental at Home Depot, and the rental and return process was quick and easy.
Jeff BI was told that the Safe Tow Coverage was $7.00 and some change ($7.99?) when I picked up the trailer. I asked the young man if this was just basically insurance for the trailer. He said yes. So I said yes, go ahead and add it. I certainly would not have added it if I knew it was $99.00! When I received the the receipt after returning the trailer I was shocked to see that I had been charged $99.00 for the Safe Tow Coverage!! I called the rental location and told them about the issue. They said they could not do anything about it and that I would have to call U-Haul Customer Support. He said he would text me the Customer Support number, but he never did. Can you please make the proper adjustments and charge me for what I was originally quoted?
